This page explains the practice tool’s data handling and the separate role of its hosting provider. Mouse Practice is hosted at https://mousepractice.blogspot.com using Google’s Blogger service.

What the exercise code does

The exercises process pointer actions and button activations in your browser while you interact with the practice area. They calculate attempts, successes, accuracy and elapsed active time. The exercise code does not send those movements, actions or results to a server.

The custom tool has no account system, analytics integration, advertising integration, external font request or embedded third-party media. The practice documents and folder names are built-in sample content; you do not need to upload a file or enter personal information.

Saved on this device

When available, browser local storage keeps which lessons you have completed and the best challenge score for each lesson. Alternative-control results are stored separately. The storage entry is named mp-progress-v1. It contains summary progress, not a recording of your pointer path or the contents of other pages.

Use Clear saved progress on the homepage to reset those summaries, or remove this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Progress does not sync to another device or browser. Private browsing, blocked storage or cleared browser data can make saved progress unavailable; the exercises remain usable.

Blogger and other service providers

Loading a hosted page sends normal connection information, such as an IP address, request headers and browser information, to the hosting provider. Blogger or Google may use cookies and process technical data under their own policies. The tool’s local processing does not mean that hosting involves no data processing.

Email sent to nasirazizawan@gmail.com includes the information you choose to share and is handled through the email provider. Please include only details needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, private documents or sensitive personal information. Contact messages are used to respond to your question or investigate a reported problem.
