About
SMALL SKILLS, EVERYDAY CONFIDENCE
Mouse Practice is a free, independent collection of short exercises for people becoming comfortable with a computer mouse or laptop trackpad. The site is made for adult beginners, people returning to a computer after a break, and anyone who wants a quiet place to rehearse everyday actions.
The exercises use simple documents, folders and lists. You can point, click, double-click, open a context menu, move a document to a folder and find an item by scrolling. Nothing here changes your computer’s files: the documents and folders are practice objects inside the page.
Practice without pressure
Gentle practice has no time limit and finishes after five successful tasks. The optional challenge lasts 60 seconds of active practice. Both modes give immediate feedback, and neither requires an account. You can pause, reset, undo the latest attempt or switch lessons at any time.
Your scores describe what happened in this particular exercise. They are not a certification, a diagnosis, a measure of intelligence or a guarantee of performance in other applications. The site does not test whether a mouse is defective.
Who maintains this site?
Mouse Practice is maintained by Nasir Aziz Awan, the owner of KeyboardTester.click. It is a separate learning experience focused on everyday pointer skills.
